I tried to order a product that was on the screen display in their shop. Apparently it was not a product they actually offered, that's fine. What's not fine is how the communication went. I started in German, but I guess he didn't understand me. As I recall he responded to me in English so I switched over to respond. It's possible I just misunderstood him. But then he said he didn't understand English and skipped over me to serve other customers. I don't really find that an acceptable response, as he didn't even try to continue communication in German :/ Everyone in line was darling and tried to help me figure out what was going on. I appreciated their help very much! The actual product I ended up getting was okay too. But I walk away from the interaction disappointed overall with the business, hence the 1 star review. Food: 3 Service: 1 Price per person: CHF 1–10
