Posto molto bello, cibo e vino buonissimi e servizio molto gentile. I prezzi sono alti ma in linea con il servizio offerto: sono stata a cena con le mie amiche e abbiamo speso 70€ a testa mangiando 2 piatti a testa e bevendo 2 bottiglie di vino da 40/45€ cad. Dining at Botanico was nothing short of outstanding, a perfect balance between refined technique, creativity, and pure flavour. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt effortlessly elegant yet relaxed, with warm lighting and a beautifully curated space that sets the tone for a memorable evening. The food was the true highlight. Every dish felt like a piece of art, both visually and in taste: • The green risotto was exceptional — creamy, vibrant, and perfectly balanced, with delicate seafood elements that elevated it without overpowering the dish. • The scallops were cooked to absolute perfection — caramelised on the outside, tender inside, paired with fresh herbs and a light, aromatic sauce. • The seafood platter was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, showcasing top-quality ingredients with minimal intervention — exactly how it should be. What stands out most is the precision — every component on the plate has a purpose, and nothing feels random. Service was attentive, professional, and well-paced, striking the right balance between being present and unobtrusive. Overall, Botanico delivers a fine dining experience that feels thoughtful, modern, and genuinely enjoyable rather than overly formal.
