posizione centrale comoda per raggiungere il centro storico. ho apprezzato la suite camera su due livelli per gli spazi disponibili. Accoglienza cordiale. Colazione con una buona offerta sia dolce che salata. Assistenza di sala gentile e disponibile Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Abbiamo soggiornato un questa struttura per 2 notti, la richiesta era per una camera con anche la possibilità di portare con noi un piccolo cane. All'arrivo ci viene data una camera completamente ricoperta di moquette e quindi non molto adatta per un cagnolino per un discorso di pulizia, la camera era grande ma non molto pulita, con pezzi di cibo sotto i mobili e bicchieri sporchi. Fatto presente il problema la responsabile del ricevimento si è subito scusata per i vari inconvenienti e ci ha proposto di cambiare camera il giorno successivo, abbiamo avvolto l'offerta e la camera nuove era molto più idonea e pulita. Per scusarsi ulteriormente ci hanno offerto una bottiglia di ottimo prosecco a sorpresa e uno sconto sulla quota del soggiorno del cagnolino, cosa molto apprezzata come gesto . Purtroppo in generale non sono rimasta colpita dalla struttura, camere,colazione e servizi in generale ce li aspettavamo più da 4 stelle. La spa molto carina e pulita, posizione ottima! Ringrazio ancora una volta per i gesti per risolvere la situazione non piacevole. Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5

Booked a 2 nights stays for 2 people and a small dog. Upon booking the room (as stated on the website if you bring a pet) they are supposed to give rooms without carpet but a hard wood floor , also with an extra charge but I was happy to pay for it. The room given was large and spacious but with carpet which is not ideal for pets. I’ve asked the receptionist a room change and to get what stated on the website but they couldn’t change the room, had to ask twice to get a room change for the following day. It’s annoying not to be able to unpack your own belongings and try to relax properly due to the room change for the following day. Checked in at 6:50 pm, bed set up was with 2 single beds. We requested to set it up as a double bed as we are a couple and we wanted to sleep close to each other but they couldn’t change it. A 4 stars hotel without house keeping not even a 7pm in the evening is simply not acceptable. The cleaning of the room was very weak, found hairs on the pillow and sheets, water glasses were filthy, same as the water bottle cap they leave for the guest in the room. On top of that there were pieces of food from previous guest scattered around the floor, I didn’t see it at first but my dog found it, again not something acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Breakfast is poor, it finishes at 10am but at 9:05 most food it’s already gone with very little replacement. Probably the only positive thing is the Location close to the city centre. I appreciate the effort to try and make up for the poor service given offering a bottle of Prosecco but simply it doesn’t cut it. We booked a couple of days to relax and not to have additional stress simply because they do not deliver what they are supposed to do. Apparently the ownership and management have changed and the service has gone down. Won’t go back in the future. Rooms: Alcune spaziose, altre meno ma lasciano a desiderare di pulizia.
