Dopo aver visto il Piazza delle Erbe, è ora di fare una pausa in questo ristorante. As an Australian with Italian heritage, I’ve had a LOT of focaccias. I found this little corner shop in Piazza Erbe and was so blown away by the focaccias, that went back the following day. Without a doubt, the best focaccias I’ve ever had anywhere. The bread is fresh and lightly toasted to give a crunch whilst being soft in the middle. The fillings are mouthwatering, very traditionally Italian and so fresh. I had both the Mandraccio and the Vecchia Genova. I couldn’t recommend these focaccias any more, they’re amazing and the owner Angelo is a very friendly and hospitable man. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
