Authentic Japanese food so I’m quite impressed. Rather pricey overall but we went for the Unagi anyway and they delivered! Homemade cocktail was good too! They do not take reservation so walk ins only. We waited more than 45mins for a 2pax table. Service pretty good but way too busy to be attentive enough. Perhaps consider take away next time. Price per person: CHF 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Walked in off the street at the top of a mountain in Verbier Switzerland not expecting muchOMG this restaurant could be one of the greatest Japanese’s I have experienced (and I have been to a lot). Food is authentic, tasty but cool in a way I find hard to write down as I sit here still licking my lips. I might actually take the plane from London and a 3hr train ride from Geneva and not even come to Verbier for the skiingI’ll just come for Aiseki Sushi Izakaya. Amazing Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
