The concierge service at Hotel Vanessa was particularly exceptional, demonstrating outstanding attention to detail and personalized care. Great location and really good service. The rooms are well outfitted and the staff are very helpful. The shuttle to and from the lifts is perfect and very timely. Breakfast offerings are good. The spa area is very nice with a hot tub and sauna. We will definitely return when in Verbier. Service: 5

We had an absolutely amazing experience in Hotel Le Vanessa! From the check-in, to customer service and support with transportation and restaurant recommendations to the check-out. We found the rooms very pleasant and comfy with everything you need, including a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. The staff was extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. All in all, a perfect hotel experience. Plus, great price-quality ratio (for Swiss standards). Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
