An unforgettable culinary experience An evening at After Seven is much more than just a meal – it is a journey through perfectly balanced flavors, masterful craftsmanship, and genuine hospitality. Florian and his team create an atmosphere where you feel welcome from the very first moment. The creativity in the kitchen is reflected in every course: precisely composed flavors, top-quality ingredients, and a presentation that is nothing short of art on a plate. Every bite reveals the skill and passion of the team. One dish that particularly impressed us was the codfilet with chorizzo and mussels, which amazed us with its perfect balance of taste and texture. Also the Calamaristripes whitch was a super good ingredet spice! The service also deserves the highest praise – attentive, warm, and highly knowledgeable about the wines and dishes. Every request is met with a smile, making the experience feel effortless and authentic. A visit here is not just a delight but a true enrichment. Close your eyes and embrace yourself, brcause you are goong on a culinary trip with chef Florian Neubauer and his whole team! Every bite is a surprise containing a mix you would not expect! A must-go place for fine food in Zermatt. Third time for us and always as enjoyable. Top quality ingredients, perfectly cooked, creatively arranged and presented. Chef Florian Neubauer presents some of his dishes himself and is very approachable. His service staff is international, very nice and attentive. We will visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
