This place is one of the best restaurants i have tried in years, and i take care to only try very good rated restaurants All the starters, coursed and desserts i tried were outstanding And the price is really cheap! Especially for the quality you get Also the service is amazing ! I think this place needs to have more than 5 stars!! We had the pleasure of dining at AM Restaurant recently and were absolutely delighted with the experience. The environment is welcoming and refined, the service impeccable and the food simply divine. I had the truffle tajarin: a real delicacy! The pasta was fresh and perfectly al dente, the truffle very fragrant and the sauce creamy and enveloping. Next, I missed the Piedmontese braised meat: the meat was very tender and melted in the mouth, the sauce rich and tasty. I also tried the tuna steak with two sesame seeds: a fresh and light dish, with perfectly seared tuna and a crunchy sesame crust. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, using fresh ingredients of the highest quality. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs.
