Enjoy a good authentic Korean BBQ meal here at Hallasan! The food & service was great and impeccable. Pricing is a little on the high side but you get really good quality meats & dishes. Laura helped to BBQ & cook the meats for us and taught us how to eat them. When we asked for the “authentic” kimchi (which is more spicy and sour), they served us immediately! We stumbled upon this restaurant while walking Florence! It was easily the BEST food we had while in the city! The service was amazing! Always on top of everything and so friendly! They truly took to explain everything to you and cook the food for you! They give you recommendations on the best way to eat the meat.The quality of the food was absolutely top tier! When entering the restaurant you get to see all the meats and the preparation of them for you! The assortment of banchan was the best we have had anywhere. The pickle radish, soy marinated onions, and all meats were fantastic! We can’t recommend this place enough! I am an expert at Korean bbq, I’ve tried Korean food all around the world and have to say Firenze has a diamond in the city. Hallasan is the only Korean bbq who will cook your meat in front of you and share recommendations how to eat the meat with side dishes. The service was excellent equal to fine dining.
