We had a great time dining at Saycheese! It was a great experience celebrating my husband’s birthday. Both the food and the service was 10/10. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CHF 100+

Very disappointing experience for a 5-star hotel restaurant. I made an online reservation by mistake and called less than one minute later to cancel. Despite this, the request was refused, the tone was unfriendly, and I was advised to email management instead. I never received any reply, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing. As I faced a CHF 210 cancellation fee, I felt forced to keep the reservation and go to the restaurant. Unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations: no welcome or assistance with coats left in a cold entry area in winter, no recognition or apology, forgotten starter and side dishes, empty coffee cup left on the table from starter to departure, and clear lack of communication between staff regarding our wine order. Overall, disorganized service and far below 5-star standards.

Can honestly say that this is the best cheese fondue I have ever had. The wines were excellent and the restaurant ambience was wonderful. Service was perfect too. There were four of us andbwe had an amazing evening. Would definitely recommend. Service: Dine in Price per person: CHF 50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
