We organised a roundtable with around 25 guests at The Resident in Zurich, specifically in the room “The Seminar,” and had an amazing experience. Working with the team at The Resident was incredibly helpful, and our Event Coordinator, Sabrina Zamboni, supported us every step of the way. She prepared everything exactly according to our wishes and took the time to meet with us beforehand to go through the final details and do a walkthrough of the space. We also booked a small apéro, which was delicious, professionally prepared, and fully met our expectations. We simply selected the dishes we wanted, and on the day of the event everything was ready for us. Our guests responded very positively to the location and complimented it at the end of the event. It offered a professional setting while still feeling cosy and welcoming, which made everyone feel at ease. We strongly recommend The Resident as a venue for any event. Throughout the whole process, we were met with a genuine sense of collaboration and kindness. Thank you!

Perfect event location, fantastic staff! We celebrated my wife's 60th this weekend. I had visited four or five possible places a couple of months prior, and Resident stood out as being the most serious and professional. I arranged everything in two short meetings with Juliane, and everything went smoothly on the evening, including an excellent "Flying dinner". On the evening, the hostess was Grace, helped by (among others) Eric, Reny, and Ivano. They were all extremely friendly and efficient right through to the end close to 2 am when the last of us staggered off. I can only recommend! Thanks again to the whole team for a perfect evening!

We recently held our Christmas dinner here with around 150 guests and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious and beautifully presented and the service outstanding. Carlo and his team ensured everything ran seamlessly, making the event feel truly special. A special mention goes to Grace, who orchestrated the service with exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and care, making everyone feel well looked after throughout the evening. Overall, it was a flawless experience and a memorable night for the whole team and we would highly recommend this venue for any corporate or special event.
