A few days ago I made a dinner reservation for 8 people at the new grill/pizzeria Sant'Andrea, suggested to me by some of my friends. When booking I immediately had a good impression regarding the kindness and education given to me by the owner Giovanni. Upon entering the restaurant, the interior finishes catch your eye, made with truly good taste. We ordered a starter of fried foods and round pizzas cooked in a wood oven. The assortment of the menu is very vast and for all palates. I wanted to try the Trinacria (Sicilian) pizza, which I had never eaten, with pistachios, parmesan flakes, porcini mushrooms and buffalo mozzarella. The crunchy and stringy suppli were exceptional, but the pizza......I have never eaten such a good GIANT pizza, I was truly amazed by the freshness of the ingredients, and the crunchiness of the dough, the porcini mushrooms seemed to have just been picked. Very good is an understatement. In the context we were also able to see the Italian champions Napoli match on Dazn which was a nice setting to make the evening even more fun. Thanks to the staff and Giovanni (a great person) for his kindness and availability. Next time meat on the grill. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30
