They ordered Bún Bò Huế and not Phở Bò soup. Today I asked the waitress and the chef. They had come to the restaurant at lunchtime and also ate the whole Bún Bò Huế soup. After we asked if you were satisfied, you said it's ok but not comparable to Paris. Our waitress then replied that we cannot compare with other countries and that Switzerland has better qualities. Firstly, we have adjusted all the prices of the balanced dish in Zurich (we do not compare prices in any other country). Her dish is called Bún Bò Huế, so we stewed the bones without the ginger, we just had to add the lemon grass and chili and simmer the onion salt for about 6 hours. The broth made from the bones and the spices mixed into it tasted even better. The soup contains original Bún Bò Huế noodles, which we cook separately in the specified time, then put in the bowl and only then pour in the soup. We cut the meatballs in half, not because we're stingy, but because the meatballs are easier to eat, we also cut patterns in them and it just looks better. Also, the meatballs aren't everything, there's extra fresh, good-quality beef in the soup. Every soup in our restaurant has a different taste. If you feel that a bowl of soup is too expensive, we also have a lunch buffet in our restaurant. The price starts at just 12 francs.
