We had an excellent dinner here on a Saturday evening. I enjoyed my tandoori chicken and Kingfisher beer, while my husband is still raving an about the lamb rogan josh! We both enjoyed plain and garlic naan. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CHF 40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited New Bombay in Zurich and the experience left me feeling pretty lukewarm. I ordered a thali, and let me tell you, it took so long to arrive that I almost started aging like Swiss cheese. When it finally showed up, the taste was average at best, veggies were nothing special, and overall it just did not feel worth the wait. What really brought the rating down was the service. The staff barely paid attention to me, they seemed way more focused on local clientele. If you look Indian like me( I am Nepali BTW) , good luck getting a second glance or even a water refill. I felt like I was on stealth mode, but without any of the fun. Overall, it is an average spot. Zurich has so many amazing restaurants, so if you are visiting, I would skip this one and use your time for something more memorable.
