I usually don‘t give reviews but one of your employees (Tayhan) 30 M with hand tattoos and of middle-eastern descent. He can‘t control his anger and used homophobic slurs and wanted to fight with me. This kind of wanna be thug behaviour is not acceptable for someone that works in customer service at one of the busiest train station in switzerland.
