We are very sorry to hear that your experience did not live up to your expectations. I would like to inform you that the products you find at iVegan, for the most part, are not found in large-scale retail trade. Think for example of Natura & amministrazione, Tutt'altro, Pangea, Biolab, Mediterranea, Redefine, HappyV Planet, food 4 all, ragood, afeltra, fermeggio, jay&joy and many other brands that I won't list here. We are always looking for innovative and niche products to meet the needs of our customers, as well as obviously having the most requested ones of the moment. Furthermore, some, few, specific products, such as VUNA, could cost a little more for one main reason: the product is distributed by large-scale retail trade and therefore does not have channels dedicated to small shops; - The choice is therefore not so much on the price, but on whether to have the product or not. - It's a difficult choice but I believe that in our place, he would have thought long and hard about what to do. iVegan is a small 100% vegan business like all the staff, and we have (still) survived among large-scale retail trade for 14 years. Regarding the service, we apologize if you did not find the desired support from our staff. Our priority is to provide excellent customer service and we will work to improve this. We will investigate to understand what the problem may have been. As a rule, there are always three people in the shop, of which two sales assistants are always available.
