Great atmosphere, great view and very nice setting for a dinner. Unfortunately the price for quality is way off: 8€ for standard bread, 8€ for a tiny tiny creme brulee, 10€ for a kids pasta without any sauce, and same for main dishes which are over priced for the quality. Gorgeous view, but the culinary experience left much to be desired. While the scenery was truly breathtaking, the food was a disappointment. The quality of the ingredients was decent, but the flavors fell flat. To start, I ordered a filet but wasn’t provided a steak knife—an oversight that undermined the dining experience. A quick glance at the Knigge might be in order if there’s any doubt. The filet itself arrived in two uneven portions, one cooked medium well, the other medium rare. While both pieces were tender and juicy, they lacked seasoning and tasted bland. I appreciate the desire to let the quality of local beef shine, but even the best meat can benefit from thoughtful seasoning. The garnish accompanying the steak was a perplexing blend of clashing flavors that didn't complement the dish. As for the “home-made” ravioli—its origin remains unclear. The texture didn’t reflect fresh, handcrafted pasta, and five pieces on a plate hardly count as a meal. On the beverage front, we were charged for still water that was clearly just tap, and the 0.3L Coke I ordered turned out to be a 0.2L bottle. I couldn’t verify the billing since the waiter presented it on a digital device with no detailed breakdown. For a restaurant that aspires to offer a refined, upscale experience, these missteps add up. I would recommend saving your money for a place that offers truly authentic Tyrolean cuisine—even if the view isn’t quite as dazzling. Tyrol has so much culinary potential, but sadly, this wasn’t the place to taste it. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
