Just right at the Tower!!! The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, with thoughtful details that make you feel truly welcomed. Every dish was beautifully presented and perfectly balanced in flavor — creative without being pretentious. The ingredients were clearly of the highest quality. The service was impeccable: attentive, knowledgeable, and warm, with excellent recommendations for both food and wine pairings. What is really surprising the owner (Soleil) is making his rounds every table to greet It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on every level, but this one truly does.
