Just bought a chocolate Zopf and a cappuccino for CHF 9.10, and unfortunately, the quality was extremely disappointing. The chocolate Zopf was cold, dry, and lacking any freshness, which is particularly disappointing for something that should be soft and enjoyable when freshly served. But the cappuccino was by far the worst part. I am not particularly picky about coffee, especially when buying it at a train station, and I certainly don't expect barista-level coffee in this setting. However, this cappuccino was genuinely undrinkable. The coffee tasted stale and unpleasant, with a harsh, burnt flavour, and the overall preparation was simply poor. It barely resembled a properly made cappuccino. For CHF 9.10, I would at least expect something fresh and reasonably drinkable. Unfortunately, neither the food nor the coffee met even that basic standard. The coffee quality in particular needs serious improvement. I would not recommend this place based on this experience. Heute habe ich das Zopf & Zöpfli im HB entdeckt und mich spontan für einen Cappuccino und ein feines Zöpfli mit Briekäse und Feigen entschieden. Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
