I put 5 stars for food but there was none. But what they did have was this beyond amazing egg nog that was to die for! Quiet little place. Very unpretentious. Great music (70's). Loved it! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

many thanks, egg liquer is like food, we never served food, and music was from 1998. Thank you very much for taking a photo without anyone in it; otherwise, I would have had to intervene due to privacy concerns.

my boyfriend and i were recommended this bar from a local and it was one of our favorite stops of our entire trip. we loved stepping back in time in the old town of zermatt. the owner had a kind disposition, played great music and made tasty hausgemachter eierlikör. highly recommend sampling the hausgemachter eierlikör. keep on playing the hits sir!

das freut mich zu hören, dass Ihnen das Lokal gefallen hat, tolle Musik und der Gastgeber auch. Und es eines der Lieblingsorte von der Reise ist. Es ist wohl die einzige Kneipe, die seit 44 Jahren vom selben Gastgeber geführt wird und der noch selbst arbeitet. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the place—great music and a wonderful host. And that it's one of your favorite spots from the trip. It's probably the only pub that's been run by the same owner for 44 years, and he still works there himself.
