If you give us the date of your visit we will see why our organic croissants that we get delivered daily at 6 a.m. were not as you say fresh. What you ordered was not Prosecco because we only serve Cava (same procedure as Champagne as you probably know). We would have gladly opened a new bottle for you if the bubbles were not enough, but don't expect infused Prosecco bubbles in a Cava or Champagne. For us bad service is unfriendly service and that we strongly doubt that's what you experienced. We have a young sometimes still a bit unexperienced staff - they can make mistakes. Concerning your doubt about the cash register. We were receiving a new system. The building belongs to the city of Basel and we rent to the city so I doubt "strange" is the right pic of words.
