We're sorry to hear that your experience didn’t fully meet your expectations, although we're glad you appreciated the service. Regarding the beef, we always aim to serve quality cuts, but as with any natural product, some pieces can occasionally contain a bit of sinew, which may affect the tenderness — we regret that this was the case for you. During your visit, I personally checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. It’s unfortunate you didn’t mention anything then, as we would have gladly addressed the issue immediately. Thank you again for your feedback.
