Ottima pausa pranzo. Forse il miglior ristorante etnico per il pranzo in zona S. Babila. Piatti ottimi ed abbondanti. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Ristorante horror. Partendo dallo scarso servizio e dal fatto che i tavoli sono a malapena apparecchiati, dato che anche solo chiedere un coltello sembrava per loro una richiesta strana. Ho ordinato degli spaghetti di riso saltati con verdure e gamberi e fino a li tutto ok. Poi come seconda portata un pollo in salsa agrodolce dall’odore veramente poco invitante. Ne ho comunque mangiato qualche boccone perché non mi piace sprecare il cibo e li ho fatto davvero uno sbaglio. Mi sono svegliato nel bel mezzo della notte con crampi fortissimi, dovendo conseguentemente andare in bagno, tra vomiti e diarrea. Era l’unica cosa che avevo mangiato quella sera, senza neanche bere alcol o mangiare dolci, quindi era palese fosse il pollo. Sconsiglio vivamente per non rischiare intossicazioni alimentari. Extremely Disappointed by the Rude Service Xin Fu Ji Milano – 30 May 2025, 20:30 We were absolutely shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior we experienced during our visit to Xin Fu Ji Milano. There were six of us dining together. From the start, we clearly informed the waitress that we do not eat pork before placing our orders. One of the dishes ordered was Orange Chicken. However, the waitress brought out Orange Duck instead. When we told her it was the wrong dish and that we do not eat duck either, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she rudely replied, “I thought you said you only don’t eat pork??” — as if it were our fault. When we firmly stated that we had ordered Orange Chicken, she argued that the restaurant only serves Orange Duck, not chicken — something that, if true, should have been explained at the beginning. The situation escalated when another young waitress approached us and accused us of ordering the wrong dish. As we tried to calmly explain what had actually happened, she stood with her hands on her waist in a clearly confrontational and disrespectful stance. Not long after, an older woman — seemingly the mother of the two waitresses — came to our table and asked, “Did you order the wrong dish?” It became clear to us that the waitresses had misrepresented the situation to their mother, implying that we were at fault. This made us even more upset, and we felt compelled to stand up for ourselves. Eventually, under pressure, the first waitress admitted that she had misheard and made the mistake. But by then, the damage had been done. To be spoken to with such rudeness, blamed for a staff error, and treated with zero respect — especially by staff much younger than us — was absolutely unacceptable. We simply cannot believe that anyone in the hospitality industry would treat paying customers this way. What should have been a pleasant dinner turned into a deeply upsetting and unpleasant experience. We sincerely hope the management addresses this behavior seriously so that no future guests are treated the same way. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
