Came here for a ‘Wine in Wall experience’ while the city was quiet since it was raining what a lovely experience! The lady who served us was friendly and service was quick! Owing it to that lovely experience - the next day, we stopped by post dinner for a couple of drinks - the gentleman at the door refused to give us a table saying ‘ONLY DINNER’ Since it was 10:30pm I said dinner time was over and we’d just like drinks to which he replied, ‘ but there will be a cover charge’ if we decide to sit. I’d like to take this opportunity to highlight that we never said no for a service charge, however such a rude welcome made us turn around and head to Enoteca Bellini and what a good decision that was! To the management, pls support your staff to train them in soft skills towards tourists I would give one star if it wasn’t for that lovely lady who served us on the first night! :)
