Hi T L, thank you for taking the time to share this. We are truly sorry for your experience. A 35-minute wait, an overwhelmed and unorganised lunch service, a warm drink and a broken bowl are absolutely not the standard we want to offer at Wild Bowls. You are right to be disappointed. We clearly did not deliver the experience you should have had, especially as it was your first visit after a recommendation. We are taking this seriously and will review what happened during this lunch service with the team, especially around organisation, waiting times, quality control and management on site.
