Food: Decent OK - menu is lacking any differentiation and is bluntly prepared. Service: We got badly serviced. It seemed like the staff wanted to pick up a fight with us: we were a small group outside and he asked us what do we want to order, while we were explaining he abruptly stopped us saying: 'I need to cook now for others, you tell me later', I mean why ask at the first place if you can't listen to our order? Note that we were the only customers outside. Then when he was ready to take out order he starter asking what we want and in the middle of our order he asked if we want to pay together or separately - we told separately and he got angry making a receipt copy for every single item (including separate receipts for the drinks!) he could have done it differently but he chose a battle with us. I was even polite enough when he asked me to pay to ask to give him a tip - ignored. Honestly the worse customer service I have had in Zurich, I live for 9 years here! The incident happened yesterday 15.05.2025 around 7PM, we were 4 people. Happy to talk further by phone to management if needed. Cheers.
