First of all, I would like to reassure you not only about the freshness of our products, but about all the rigorous conservation and cooking rules that we follow almost obsessively. In fact, all our products are rigorously selected and controlled to always guarantee our customers a high-quality culinary experience. But then if it's true that she was sick, how could this have happened? I have been working with all the staff all day to go over all the procedures implemented from the arrival of the chicken to cooking on Sunday evening. The only explanation we can possibly give ourselves, and sometimes it happens especially in periods of extreme heat like the one we are currently experiencing, is that the cold chain from the producer to the restaurateur was suddenly interrupted at some point and that the meat was subjected to jumps in temperature. In any case, I confirm that to remove any shadow of doubt this afternoon we returned the entire batch to the supplier.
