Consiglio il proprietario di scegliere meglio i propri collaboratori. Al maîtr di sala di ripetere tutti e 5 gli anni della scuola alberghiera perché non ha perso solo qualche lezione ma proprio non ha capito come si lavora con il pubblico. Consiglio non richiesto " la maleducazione, l'arroganza e la supponenza alla fine nella vita non pagano". Service: 1 Location: 4

In this case, however, we would like to also underline the unlikely event, as we believe that each of our collaborators is concentrating as best as possible on trying to satisfy the experience of each individual customer. For us it is essential that every person leaves with a smile. We are grateful and proud of our employees despite what you wrote. Unfortunately, during dinner service, a cut of meat was mistakenly brought to the customer in question (the customer had ordered a roll with mushrooms), an error that should not happen but unfortunately it is human and mistakes can be made. As soon as the manager noticed what had happened he immediately apologized to the table telling them that if they liked it we could also leave it at the table, given the appreciation from the customer, removing the roll from the receipt and thus replacing it with the sliced ​​one, otherwise bring it back since it had not been ordered and wanted in the first place, as it should have been. The customer decides to send it back, and wait for his roll. It seemed to have been a simple misunderstanding, usually if a dish is brought to the table not ordered the first thing that happens is to ask for explanations, despite our apologies there was a general disappointment so much so that the manager tried several times to understand the reasons why a client should be so embittered by an event that in the end it shouldn't create so much tension. (naturally the cut was not charged). Unfortunately, our apologies were not enough… The importance given to reviews today is so important that it is essential to express a thoughtful and truthful concept, because your feedback is fundamental for us, it only allows us to improve ourselves so as to make your experience unique and unforgettable. Safety: Posto a se stesso con solo un altra struttura similare vicina Walkability: A pieci c'e un giardino con vista lago adattissimo, uscendo dal caseggiato è consigliata una vettura Food & drinks: Sicuramente il cucinato è buono e fatto in casa Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value

Rooms: Le camere sono arredate semplicemente ma pulite e ampie, letto molto confortevole Food & drinks: Purtroppo non c'è un buffet per la colazione quindi è tutto alla carta, comunque puoi ordinare sia dolce che salato Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet
