coffee was okay but I find it pricey just because you cannot really sit since it is only for takeaway Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Hey, thanks for your honest feedback! We totally understand your point about the price and not being able to sit down. Unfortunately, we are only available as a takeaway at this specific location. Because of this, we are very mindful of selecting our products—our beans are premium quality and our organic milk comes directly from Zurich. We hope to see you again soon anyway!

Really convinient coffe to-go , I tried the Kardamom Flat white and it is delicious tastes like a cookie with coffee. A little pricy (8- CHF ) but you cannot put a price on happiness :) Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The coffee is good, but they have recently updated the terminal to demand a tip. This ruins the experience. Food: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Dear Tymur, We fully agree that being prompted for a tip on the card reader can sometimes feel a bit forward, especially before you've even had a chance to enjoy your coffee. The tipping feature on our terminals is simply intended to make it easier for our guests to show our baristas some appreciation without needing cash.
