Dopo aver visitato la Chiesa Santa Lucia del Gonfalone, vieni qui per un pasto. Verve Restaurant è specializzato in cucina italiana. Molti ospiti hanno evidenziato il fatto che in questo posto puoi provare dei antipasto, filetto americano e stuzzichini veramente ottimi. Come rimarcano parecchi critici, il vino qui è davvero delizioso.

Cibo fantastico , sapori nuovi mai assaporati , grande ricerca di materie prime , grande lo chef che riesce a dare sapori unici alle stesse materie prime , dolci spettacolari , cortesia e buone maniere al primo posto , complimenti. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €50–60

My rating is: 28/40 My wife and I have been at the Verve Restaurant to celebrate my Bday. I was looking for a high-class restaurant in Rome, and I chose this one because of its menu and because I like hotel restaurants. The great work, a combination of great ingredients and brave exploration, done by the two chefs is tangible, and the results are excellent! We liked it a lot! I can't say the same regarding the location and the furniture. It's mandatory for a place like this to invest more effort in tuning the accommodation to fit the menu's ambition. Here's a summary of the experience in short: Atmosphere & Place 6: Don't get me wrong, the whereabouts and hotel are excellent. I want to say that the dining experience is very uncomfortable because of the furniture such as the table and the sofa. I kept collapsing into the couch, and my knees were hurting the table legs. A place like this must have great furniture focusing on customer comfort. There was no indication of the lavatory and toilet. The hand sanitiser and the hand dryer weren't there, which is unacceptable. They were easy to access and tidy and clean, though. Menu 9: All the dishes we tried were astounding! The homemade bread types, especially the grissini, were all delicious. The starters were yummy, especially the "ciriola" bread with chicken and peppers. The suckling piglet was incredible. The first time I tried the combo with the pineapple plus pork meat, I was shocked by the taste explosion. Both desserts, the one with the pistachio and the liquorice, were incredible. I can't say which one was the best. Service 6: I would rate the service with the minimum wage even if the staff served us with professionalism. As usual, the responsibility for imperfect service is always on the management. I feel there's a lot of room for improvement on this topic. They didn't ask us for an "aperitivo" drink as soon as we entered. This is not acceptable to me. On top of that, the two gentlemen were too cold to explain the dishes. I appreciated the suggestions in terms of wine. Bill 7: The prices are fair considering the quality of our dishes.
