I ordered a €2.99 box from Too Good To Go, which made my day. Received six croissants, some empty and some filled in front of me at the moment. Now, I have tasted many pastries, and I also make them, but I swear I have never tried croissants like these, not even in Naples, where I live. The dough is masterful, and perfect for my personal tastes: soft but resistant to the bite, honeycombed enough to give lightness but very satisfying fullness to the mouth. Hints of butter as in the croissant (obviously we are not talking about Normandy butter, and so it must be), of citrus fruits and vanilla as in the croissant; ideal balance of sweetness. Never change the recipe!! Products as fresh as in the morning. I'm only sorry that I don't live in Turin, otherwise I would go there regularly; I will definitely spread the word on social media! Chapeau. You have cheered me up more than you can imagine. Thank you again, and thank you for your contribution to the fight against food waste. Service: Takeaway Price per person: €1–10 Food: 5
