Oggi ho scoperto un piccolo tesoro a Zug: Unico. Il nome non poteva essere più azzeccato: ogni piatto ha un gusto davvero unico, particolare e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un ristorantino intimo, con appena dieci tavoli, che sceglie la qualità al posto della quantità. Non è un caso che si chiami Unico: qui la cucina è davvero un’esperienza speciale. It's the best restaurant in Zug. Simple as that, I think. It is also highly original, the creativity in the menu, the motivation of the staff, the attention to detail. If you are bored by regular Michelin star restaurants (odd thing to say maybe), Unico gives you a whole new experience. It may not be cheap, but it is worth it if you want something memorable. Price per person: CHF 100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: There's always the one menu, with a vegararian variant. Which is made with the same passion from what I saw.
