Great restaurant in the heart of Zug. We invited a customer here and were a total party of 8. The decoration is amazing in the restaurant as well as the service. We had great champagne, excellent red wine and the food was also amazing, everything spot on. I would definaltely go here again. If course it has a hefty price tag as you would expect for Switzerland and with SFr2000 for lunch for 8 people, it is a lot, but absolutely worth it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The Aklin restaurant in Zug is an absolute highlight! I had the pleasure of enjoying a perfect surf & turf accompanied by a delicious lobster bisque as a starter. The red wine “La Regista” from Italy was an excellent choice and perfectly rounded off the taste experience. The dessert was simply heavenly – the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive and competent. What I found particularly impressive was that the boss personally came to the table to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction - a real sign of hospitality at the highest level! The ambience is equally impressive: lots of soft lights creating a warm and inviting atmosphere and a beautiful Christmas tree that's perfect for the season. The Aklin restaurant is a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy exceptional food in a fantastic setting.
