Small but nice restaurant in the middle of a neighborhood complex. You can sit outside or inside. We discovered it today and will definitely come back: very tasty and fresh dishes (mezze), also visually pleasing to the eye. The service was the same: very friendly. I was there in a sunday sunny afternoon with my girlfriend on the 4th of June. It has a nice outdoor or indoor ambience. Our host Oslem was such a wonder full host that accompanied us with through the menu of selections. Umami Basel is an amazing spot for anyone looking for a quick bite to eat. The menu features an incredible selection of small bites, all served with delicious dips like hummus, babaganoush etc and amazing warm bread. The homemade tea is also a must-try, with a range of flavors that are sure to please any palate. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tasty snack. Overall, I highly recommend Umami Basel for anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable eating experience. Would fit for family because there is a park beside where the kids can run around.
