Il posto è veramente bellissimo, soprattutto dentro, il servizio al tavolo con il robot è assolutamente da provare. Siamo andati quest’estate in comitiva (20 persone) e nonostante il disguido con la prenotazione ci hanno trovato un tavolo. La qualità del sushi è da migliorare, ma comunque si mangia senza problemi. Io ho preferito la cucina. My visit to U Sushi Jesolo was, unfortunately, far from the pleasant dining experience I had anticipated. As a tourist eager to enjoy the local cuisine and hospitality, I was left deeply disappointed by both the quality of food and the level of service received. Firstly, the quality of the meal served to us was well below expectations. The meat was tough, resembling a rubber-like consistency that made it difficult to enjoy. A dining experience is not just about the food but also the ambiance, which was significantly marred by an overwhelming level of noise, detracting from the pleasure of the meal. When we politely voiced our concerns to the staff, hoping for understanding or perhaps a resolution, the situation escalated unexpectedly. Instead of a professional or empathetic response, we were met with hostility. The reaction was shockingly aggressive; we were shouted at, with demands to pay the full amount immediately or face police involvement. This reaction was not only unwarranted but also compounded the negative experience, leaving us feeling intimidated and distressed. As someone who appreciates good food and values positive interactions, this experience was profoundly disappointing. It's disheartening to encounter such a lack of professionalism and courtesy in the hospitality industry, especially as a visitor to Jesolo. This experience has marred our perception of dining out in this beautiful area, and I feel compelled to share this review to inform others. I sincerely hope that U Sushi Jesolo can address these significant issues, both in terms of food quality and, more importantly, how they interact with customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and understanding, especially in situations where there is dissatisfaction with the service provided.
