Ambiente accogliente, servizio gentile e disponibile. Ho ordinato gamberi in tempura e fritturina mista: croccante e per niente unta.. nonostante il. Locale sia giovane ed aperto da poco non si percepisce.. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30

Worth reading. I’ve spent a lot of time travelling around Italy, and while it’s easy to find good even amazing food, it’s incredibly rare to come across a true 10/10, “ottimo” experience. Tunnina Palermo is absolutely one of those places. This is a soul-repairing restaurant, where every bite reminds you just how precious life can be. Starting with the food: I had the selection of raw fish "bellissimo". Without exaggeration, this is one of, if not the best plates of food I’ve ever had. The quality, freshness, and balance were simply outstanding. Then came a dish that sounds deceptively simple: pasta with tuna. But what arrived was anything but simple the depth and complexity of flavour were extraordinary, each bite layered and perfectly executed. What truly elevated the experience even further was the service. Our servers, Emanuele and Giovanni, were exceptional warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made us feel completely at home, guiding us through the menu with care and adding to the overall magic of the evening. Tunnina Palermo isn’t just a meal it’s an experience, one that I believe will stays with you long after you leave. If you find yourself in Palermo, this place is not to be missed.
