The direct view from the Café Tulipan’s terrace to the barrique Fassade of the Einsiedeln Abbey reminds one a little bit of Italy. In Italy the food would be average at the most at such a location. But the restaurant is indeed very swiss and the food a bit heavy but very tasty. The service is friendly and well organized. The prices are reasonable. We specially loved that they offer meat from the local butcher. In summary we can recommend it strongly. It is a great option for a lunch.
