We were disappointed by the quality of the food (pizza not crispi, like a gum) and the service, which was certainly below standard (maybe we had just bad luck with the evening but people who sat next to us didn't like their food either). The personnel seemed understaffed and not experienced (ie just left all the dirty dishes on the bar, long waiting time to order and to pay). When the waitress asked if the food was ok and we denied, she just mentioned that's how Pizzas are done here, no apologies, nothing. Was our 20th anniversery which we wanted to celebrate in the same restaurant where my wife and I went dining for the first time in 1998....
