Fenomenale pranzo preparato con grande maestria da Arno Sgier e il suo team. Ogni piatto curato nei minimi dettagli, sapori semplici e chiari come piace a me. Il servizio eccellente diretto dalla moglie Doris e infine ottima scelta dei vini in abbinamento fatta dal bravo sommelier Speikamp. Merita assolutamente una visita. my parents and i went to the traube restaurant for the first time last night. the telephone reservation worked great. when entering the restaurant we were greeted warmly, our jackets and coats were taken from us and we were led directly to our table. then the adventure began, each of the courses served was a real treat for the palate and also a work of art, almost too good to eat. my father couldn't decide on the wine and so the nice gentleman always served us the right wine for the course. the gentleman selected, explained and served it excellently. The ladies in the service also did an excellent job and explained very precisely what we were served. the ambience was really cozy and quiet, we felt very well looked after and at ease from the greeting to the personal farewell by mr and mrs sgier. Thank you very much for the wonderful evening. we keep the first but certainly not the last time with you. big compliments to the whole traube team.
