Trattoria trovata per caso, ma rivelata un ottimo posto con personale molto cordiale e gentile, ottima cucina locale. La torta fritta e i pisarei buonissimi. Consigliato a tutti. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Il personale è stato molto disponibile e attento. Disponibilità e comprensione sono anche state dimostrate nei confronti del bambino piccolo della coppia che era con noi. Il cibo di ottima qualità. Nel mio caso ho preso dei tortelli ricotta e spinaci, veramente sensazionali! E anche lo gnocco fritto molto buono. L'atmosfera è informale e amichevole e ti fa sentire a casa. Kid-friendliness: Sono disponibili dei dispositivi per agganciare i bambini piccoli alla sedia di modo che possano stare seduti a tavola senza seggiolone. Saturday lunch for 6 friends: an appetizer, a first course, a bottle of wine, 3 desserts and 2 coffees for a total of 246 euros. Quality ok but not enough to justify the bill. Service? If you accept a reservation at 1.30pm you must take into consideration the time needed to consume lunch and maintain a minimum of service until the end. If you serve two almond semifreddo, you should have the kindness to wait for it to soften for a moment. It was quite sad to see the waiters ignore us while a parfait literally flew from the plate and stained a guest's sweater and trousers. Even sadder was pointing this out to the owner at the checkout who didn't even try to apologise. Free advice: look for more opportunities to welcome feedback from your customers. It would have been a pleasure to be able to express oneself instead of leaving the table in a hurry while the staff was busy with the setting for the evening. That bitter taste left first by the non-present service, then by the rather high bill leads me to have no particular desire to return to Trattoria Regina dal Baffo. Next time I'll get a net...! As far as prices are concerned, they are all shown on the menu. I have your receipt here: the bottle of wine you bought costs €29 and I have some very good ones for €13 too; you took 6 cured meats with 6 fried pies, and all another dish to follow. My prices are average for all the other restaurants in Piacenza. Try to travel around a bit more and tell me where you pay less with the same quality and quantity. Luckily there is work on the weekend, and if my collaborators are no longer busy we get on with the work by preparing the tables for the evening, because someone goes back to work in the evening and we can't finish at 6pm to return at 19. However, we didn't kick you out of the restaurant, in fact you stayed at the table until 3.30pm. We're sorry about the sweater: the semifreddo ordered is a little harder than the others, so it's served with a spoon and fork to hold it in place while you cut it. You can get dirty by eating anything but no one has ever been so indignant! And don't tell me about the absent service because my collaborators and I treat customers in the same way: trying to make them feel at home, taking care of them like a grandmother who invites her grandson to lunch or dinner, that is, making sure nothing is missing.
