We are pleased that you appreciated our cuisine (in the fried dishes there are calamari and not squid) but as far as the wine is concerned we want to tell you that our mark-ups cannot be compared to those of a wine shop because they travel on different tracks . At the restaurant, markups of 2.5-3.5% apply, and we apply the lowest ones. As regards the change of glasses, you are right and we apologize. The fact of personally recommending wine to our customers is not dictated by malice (this is not us), but simply because we believe it is nice to dialogue and explain our choices, made after years of study.
