The food was really good and the ambiance in the tower actually quite nice. The place seems to be heavily booked, and we have had the choice of a table at 19:30 hrs, or 21:00 hrs and decided for the earlier. Staff was very friendly but always kind of hectic, which a bit kills the atmosphere and is not what I expect when dining at a good restaurant. It was also First course came fast, the second course as well, where we would have hoped for a few minutes more to enjoy and digest. When we went for the desert it was about 20:50 and we have been presented the bill after desert and coffee without having asked for it. This felt quite odd and seems to come from the very tight booking schedule, the next guest already waiting outside in the hallway. So, if you want to have a more relaxed dinner, I recommend looking for a later time ;-) In general a very good restaurant with friendly staff, but maybe not so much for a romantic evening. We enjoyed two pasta dishes and the cheeks as a main course. Each dish was tasty through not particularly remarkable. Overall, a solid choice for a meal in Bologna. Price per person: €30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
