After showing the reservation confirmation email we were told "oh, too bad, we don't have a table for you. We are full. Bye bye" How is that possible? You reserve a table, receive a confirmation (!!!) and still you get send away? That was incredibly unprofessional. Especially on a Saturday evening with a full resort and nowhere to go. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. Service: 1

A magnificent setting in the middle of a ski resort..very smiling and very friendly staff..All the dishes we ate were excellent and very fresh..e.g. the truffle raviolis were a delight as well as the fish..we are go to dinner twice because we were surprised by the quality of the products. the price is very reasonable.. We strongly advise people to go eat at Mamma Lotta's and the owner Lotta is welcoming and manages this establishment with a lot of dynamism.. a real joy...
