We sincerely regret to learn that certain aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations or our usual standards. Following your return, we immediately reported the incident to our Maître d'hôtel and our Executive Chef. Indeed, during this evening, the risotto was a little more liquid than usual, although still tasty. Furthermore, we would like to assure you that all hygiene standards in force are scrupulously respected in our production and sales points. That evening, we served around thirty burratas, all fresh. Typically, when food poisoning occurs, multiple cases are reported. To date, we have not received any other similar complaints. Considering that you consumed a 250g burrata each, this could certainly have caused feelings of heaviness and stomach aches. In our process of continuous improvement, rest assured that your comments have been considered to optimize our service.
