Non andartene senza prima aver gustato gli ottimi kacamak, caponata e brodo. Avrai la possibilità di degustare del curatissimo gelato. Questo ristorante serve dei deliziosi vino, cordiale o sherry secco. Potrebbe essere non male goderti il fantastico caffè.
L'atmosfera ospitale di questo posto dipende in larga misura dal personale, che qui è davvero preparato. Rimarrai sicuramente soddisfatto dell'encomiabile servizio. We dined at Ristorante Tilia last week and the experience was life changing. By far, one of the best meals and dinning experiences that we’ve had. The atmosphere is cozy, only 5 tables in the entire restaurant. Definitely make a reservation in advance if you’re planning to dine here. We went with the 5 course surprise menu and wine pairing and I recommend going this route to get the full experience. I notified the restaurant of my gluten allergy when making the reservation and was extremely impressed with how well I was taken care of. The hostess and server was knowledgeable of my request and the restaurant took my allergy seriously. Modifications were made to my 5 courses as needed to accommodate my dietary restriction and the final product was exquisite— just as good as my partner’s non-gluten free option! The restaurant has an amazing wine selection and we ended up purchasing a few bottles to take back to America. Overall, the experience was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. This meal was the highlight of our trip and we plan to come back to the Dolomites just to dine here.
