Professional and friendly staff. Nice ambiance for this kind of restaurant, i.e. mainly for people working in the area. Very well organized and practical. Last but not least; plenty of options, usually great taste, and always a very nice presentation on the plate (better than in more expensive restaurants). Super is also the "no gaspi": dishes from previous day sold at a very good price. The only things I would suggest for improvement: (i) for the vegetarian option: Please sometimes a dish with no deep-frying. (ii) Maybe a bit less options to limit the waste?
