We love this restaurant! We were greeted immediately, every time we came to dine. Every course was meticulously created and absolutely delicious! We did test if there was any difference between "in house " and room service but the quality of excellence was consistent. Throughout our 8 days spent, we had tried everything on the menu. The tenderloin was sous vide and perfect. The garlic mashed potatoes are one of our favorites. If you go, try the lemon rosemary sorbet. We had it with every meal and ate it first as a palette cleanser. It is divine. For a lighter meal, the beet root salad with chicken added was fresh and a very healthy option. Goren, the manager who we are particularly fond of, helped us choose our food and genuinely cares about his staff. Marjan who was our favorite waitstaff, always anticipated our needs as well as made us laugh each night. All of the staff made us feel welcome and that is a requirement for a fine dining experience. The only way to make this review better is if we could take everyone home with us! Thank you for setting the bar so high that we will have to come back! This restaurant is really great, the food is amazing and the view from the balcony is just perfect. Prices are reasonable too. We got served today by the waiter Aleksander who was really attentive and did a great job altogether. His supervisor Marjan, who welcomes us like friends every time we go to the Caper Grill, is an amazing guy too and it's great to see that they enjoy working together. We definitely visit again.
