Merlin Bistro was an excellent surprise during our stay in Split. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I ordered the Merlin Burger, and it was one of the best burgers I’ve had on this trip. The brioche bun was soft and buttery, the beef was juicy, and the combination of cheddar cheese, mushrooms, and caramelized onions was perfect. The fries were crispy and delicious as well. The service was friendly, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the location is just a short walk from Amphora Hotel, making it a great option if you don’t want to travel far for a quality meal. Excellent value for money, generous portions, and great attention to detail. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split. We visited last year and absolutely loved it! This year we came back to Split and were so sad to see it closed. We were really looking forward to coming again.
