A wonderful evening with very tasty food in the Thailodge. The elephant tour with Lakshmi was very exciting and educational. She had great enthusiasm and a huge knowledge about the animals and the zoo. I contacted this morning to reserve a table, and was informed that reservations were unnecessary for today. However, upon arrival, despite observing numerous available tables, I was told the restaurant was full. Additionally, despite it being a family-oriented establishment, we were not permitted to bring a baby stroller inside, and were instead advised to leave it downstairs with a sleeping baby inside. The staff's demeanor was unwelcoming, and despite my eagerness to experience the restaurant, this has been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I've encountered in Switzerland. I sincerely hope for improvements in either the restaurant's management or policies, as it's meant to be a promising destination to observe the elephants. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CHF 50–60 Atmosphere: 1
