Before making customers feel at fault, think about it, reviews outline your career path and become a business card. Kindness and humility are the winning ingredients for success, not the pizza hoax! In short, I was verbally attacked by the snooty guy (I don't know where he got this strange arrogance), for having used a hint of facial expression, perplexed, after making the payment. The guy, obviously with a straw-tail, begins by telling me, without me saying anything, that if I had something to say I could say so explicitly out loud and that if I had any problems I could discuss it with him, all obviously with a challenging attitude. I feel sorry for the work colleague I was with who witnessed this massacre and for the pizza that remained on my stomach. Taking certain luxuries with customers, pure madness!
